A little privacy matters.

DRAFT — Owner and legal review required before accepting payments. Business identity, contact details, jurisdiction, retention periods, and local consumer rights must be finalized before launch.

What we collect

We store the creator’s email, the names or nicknames entered, invitation artwork settings, personal message, payment references, and the recipient’s answer and timestamps. We do not request a recipient email or store payment card details. Stripe processes payments.

How it works

Invitation pages are private by link, not password protected. Anyone with the link can view the page, and the first response is final. Please avoid including sensitive information. Search engines are instructed not to index invitation pages.

Service providers

The planned production service uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for database storage, Stripe for payments, and Resend for transactional emails. These providers process information to provide the service. Their infrastructure may process data across borders.

Local drafts and analytics

Your unfinished creation is saved in localStorage in your browser. Clear browser site data to remove it. We collect only coarse funnel event names and timestamps in application analytics; we do not send names, messages, recipient email addresses, raw IP addresses, or device fingerprints to analytics.

Deletion and retention

You can delete the invitation, personal content, and unsent notification jobs through your private management link. Payment records may remain without an invitation reference for accounting or legal obligations. Emails already delivered cannot be recalled. Provider logs and backups may follow their own retention schedules.

Contact and rights

Before launch, the owner must publish a privacy contact and finalize access, deletion, correction, retention, and applicable regional privacy rights procedures.
